Product Feature
Boehmite is a white or yellowish crystalline powder with a Mohs hardness of 3-3.5 and a density of 3.070 g / cm³. Boehmite has been widely used in industrial production because of its unique crystal structure and morphology, such as zero point charge, high interfacial free energy, porosity, large specific surface area, good dispersibility, good colloidal solubility, and heat resistance.
Physical and chemical properties : boehmite, also known as hydrotalcite (alumina hydrate), has a molecular formula of γ- AlOOH or Al2O3 H2O (Alumina hydrate), it and its diaspore of maincomponent is α-AlO（OH）are all major parts of bauxite.It can be decomposed above 400 ℃.

Usage
Boehmite has been widely used in the fields of ceramic materials, composites, surface protective layer materials, optical materials, catalysts and support materials, semiconductor materials and coatings because of its unique chemical, optical, and mechanical properties. Homogeneous dispersion is one of the important conditions for boehmite to exert the superior properties of its nanomaterials; Boehmite prepared by sol-gel method is characterized with small particle size, specific surface and pore volume
