On January 10, 2010, the fourth second shareholders’ meeting of Ultra Micro Chemical, the second shareholders’ meeting of Lianlian Chemical, and the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting were successfully held at Lianyungang Lianlian Chemical Co., Ltd. At the meeting, the person in charge of our company and the person in charge of Lianlian Chemistry respectively reported on the work situation in 2009 and provided prospects for the work in 2010.
